Privacy notice

What Meshwork and this site collect, why, and what they never collect.

The app

Everything Meshwork learns about your networks stays on your computer: scan results, device inventories, maps, SNMP communities and settings. None of it is sent to us or to anyone else.

A few hours apart, the app asks this site whether a new version exists. With the anonymous usage count turned on, that request also carries:

• a random installation id, created on first launch and not linked to you;
• the app version;
• the operating system and processor type (for example darwin-arm64).

We use it to know how many copies are in use and which versions to keep supporting. You can turn it off on the first launch or at any time in Settings → Privacy; update checks then carry none of these details.

The download form

When you download Meshwork we keep your name, email address and, if you give them, your company and role, with the date and the country of the request. We use them to know who uses Meshwork and, if you ticked the box, to tell you about new versions. We never sell or share them.

To have your details removed, write to privacy@influxnetwork.com.

Security check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated sign-ups out. It runs without cookies for tracking and does not ask you to solve puzzles.
